Jackie Sue was raised in Augusta and Maysville, is a partner in the FWWE law office and serves as an Assistant Mason County Attorney. Her private practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions while her main duties as an assistant prosecutor include duties related to adult misdemeanor court, fiscal court and helping families navigate guardianship and Casey’s Law proceedings. She is counsel to the City of Brooksville, the City of Germantown and the Maysville Codes Enforcement Board. Prior to returning to Maysville, she was an associate in the law office of Webb, Hoskins, Glover & Thompson in Lexington, having graduated from the UK College of Law in 2000.
Jackie Sue is active with the Kentucky Bar Association, having served as Chairperson of the KBA Young Lawyers Division as well as other committees such as Ethics Committee, Strategic Planning Committees, and Convention Planning Committees. She was a member of Leadership Kentucky class of 2012. In 2009 she was selected to participate in the Rotary International Foundation’s Group Study Exchange to India. She is the current president of the Mason/Bracken Bar Association, president of the United Way of Mason County and has served as Chairperson of the Mason County Red Cross, and as a board member of the Maysville/Mason County Chamber of Commerce, in addition to being an active member of the Maysville Rotary Club.
Jackie Sue is married to Kyle Shadoan and they are the parents of one daughter, Vail.
